The Fees will vary according to the type of service you have chosen, Fully Managed, Rent only, or Let only.

Discounts on larger portfolios may be available on requests.

 

TENANT FIND £350.00 one off payment
RENT COLLECTION £275.00 (tenant Find)  – 8% on the rental price per  month
FULLY MANAGED SERVICES £250.00 (tenant find)  – 10% on the rental price per month for 1-5 tenants sharing and 6 tenants above 12%.
